HOW DO YOU SHIP THE NUTS?Depending upon the total weight of your order, the nuts are shipped USPS priority mail, or UPS.  Usually, if the total weight of the package is below five pounds, it is sent priority mail, assuring delivery within 2-3 days.  Larger packages are sent via UPS, delivery in 3-5 days. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?If for any reason you are unhappy with the nuts, simply return them and you will be fully reimbursed the price of the nuts.  NO QUESTIONS ASKED.  Fortunately, because the pecans and walnuts are so good, this has not been a problem. 

IS GIFT PACKAGING AVAILABLE?Yes, gift packaging is available for an addition cost of $3.50 per package.  The nuts are nestled in a black crinkle cut shred paper and placed in a white box with a silver bow.  The packaging is elegant, celebratory and fun all at the same time. 

CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT CARD?Most certainly, when placing your order there is a check box for a note inclusion and the specific greeting you would prefer.  If being sent for a special occasion, holiday, birthday etc, a card matching the occasion is included. 

ARE THE NUTS REALLY HAND MADE?They most certainly are.  The “Sinful Pecan” is made with the same family recipe we have been using for years, only adjusted for larger quantities.  We continue to use  mammoth pecan halves, with a minimal amount of sugar (less than ½ cup per pound of pecans) creating a pecan where the true flavor is enhanced, not covered.  The “Jazzy Walnut” while a newer recipe, uses light walnut halfs (with some pieces). The sweet and spicy taste is produced by using a minimal amount of sugar and seven other spices. Creating a unique taste that is the perfect balance, not too sweet and not too spicy, just enough to further enhance the walnut flavor. While the walnuts do have some heat, it is by no means overpowering.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF THE NUTS?  The nuts stay fresh for four to six months, just keep them sealed in a cool place and out of direct sunlight.
